How does provisioning actually work?

When a customer pays, IPTVbp queues a panel operation, hits your panel's API, creates the user with the right package and line type, and emails them the M3U or MAC details. The whole flow is asynchronous with retries and a dead-letter queue, so a panel hiccup doesn't lose the order.

What about renewals and dunning?

Automatic. Card stays on file (or wallet credit auto-debits), the customer renews on time, the panel extends the line. If renewal fails, we run a configurable dunning sequence — a few retries spaced out, email reminders, then suspend the line. Wallet top-ups stay refundable for the right window.
